Introduction

The project relies on the fixed bed and biomass gasification technology of Saiding Company, and adopts multiple original core processes such as the company's technical team's "complete set of ultra-low metal content polyimide monomer synthesis technology" and "high-pressure hydrogenation to meta phenylenediamine technology and catalyst". The project uses biomass and regenerated resources from urban or industrial waste pre-treatment as raw materials, Dedicated to building a comprehensive utilization industry chain for biomass/solid waste renewable resources → syngas → green new energy and high-performance new materials, and building an industrial model of "negative carbon emissions, low energy consumption, high output, and high value". After the project is put into operation, it will form a production capacity of 380000 tons/year of recycled resource slag gasification, 80000 tons/year of alcohol based fuel, 100000 tons/year of electrolyte solvent, 10000 tons/year of phenylenediamine, and 3600 tons/year of polyimide monomer. It will achieve the substitution of natural gas, oil, and coal resources in the "dual carbon" strategy, replace about 300000 tons/year of petrochemical energy, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 600000 tons/year, and have good economic and social benefits.
